Our Story

A Cleveland, Ohio headquartered financial institution needed an employee training program designed. Sunny Klein Lurie, president of API, developed the program and conducted the sessions with positive results- people consistently performing at higher levels. For over 15 years, clients have asked Lurie to develop innovative programs and resources to support hundreds of employees. Lurie holds a Ph.D. in organizational systems and is a seasoned practitioner in employee development and organizational effectiveness and change. Each API associate has practical hands-on experience in the areas of human resource management and organization development.
